Welcome to The All American Home Inspector’s website! A company dedicated to providing consumers with useful information about the current state of residential properties. We are a group of certified, licensed and insured home inspectors servicing all of Houston, TX and surrounding areas. For over 10 years we have been providing home inspections to the people of Georgia with a proven track record for excellence. We are sure that you’ll be satisfied with the report and customer service from start to finish. Another great thing about our company is that we also offer various environmental services like asbestos, lead, mold and water testing. So in the event that a potential issue is spotted during the home inspection we can check it out on the spot rather than having someone else come out.
We view a Home Inspection as a thorough and objective visual examination of a home’s condition, performed by a qualified inspector. Your home may well be the biggest investment you’ll ever make. And although the process is very exciting, it can also be overwhelming. You have chosen a home for your family, and now you need to determine its condition. I will give your home an objective Inspection, so that you have the information you need for an informed decision. We urge everyone not to get emotionally attached until after the inspection is complete. Until a professional evaluates a property you really have no idea what you are getting into.
We will thoroughly inspect all major components of the property, describing problem areas as well as positive aspects that were found. The Inspection provides homeowners with a basic understanding of all systems in the home, including electrical, plumbing, heat, cooling, and related systems. Everything we do is based off NACHI Standards of Practice. This information can help dispel the buyer’s anxieties.
In many cases, Home Inspections are performed after a sales contract has been agreed upon. The Inspection can usually be arranged within a few days. The home buyer is encouraged to attend at least the last hour of the Inspection, so that he or she can see the current condition of the home. This is an excellent opportunity for the buyer to ask questions about the home’s condition. Our main goal is to educate the client, and to give them a good perspective while making an informed decision.
